Today’s View –  June 27, 2021  Mt. Airy, Md. 21771 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Mt. Airy, Md. 21771.  At the time of this report (6/27/21) not including new construction 30 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 49 are under contract, and 48 have sold in the last 30 days. The absorption rate (Active/30 day sold) is .66 which is considered a seller’s market.

 

While the minimum lot size is just 0.1 acres and the maximum lot size is 80.1 acres, the median is 1.08 acres.

Of those active, 16 came to market in the last week. Of those under contact, 11 went under contract last week, and 6 of the 48 that sold completed the process last week.  There are also 9 homes that the realtors have announced as coming soon,
